Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Smith was the Head and Portfolio Manager of the IOS strategy at Stonemont Financial Group. Mr. Smith formed the investment thesis, raised institutional capital and operated the business, overseeing the investments & operations team, sourcing transactions, and executing business plans.

Mr. Smith started his career at TPG Angelo Gordon where he acquired over $3 billion of net lease investments and was responsible for the sourcing, pricing, and structuring of transactions, as well as developing the investment thesis, investment committee materials, and managing the closing process.

Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University with a concentration in finance, accounting, and real estate.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Daniello was responsible for the outdoor storage real estate strategy at Cerberus Capital Management Mr. Daniello oversaw the purchase and execution of 100+ properties across 75+ transactions in over 30+ markets in the outdoor storage sector.

At Ceberus, Mr. Daniello was a Member of the US Real Estate Investment Committee and led Cerberus Capital Management’s US Platform Investment Strategy where he oversaw $3+ billion of real estate acquisitions.
